For fleets that keep the world moving

Whether you run a fleet of 5 or 500 vehicles, uptime is everything, but most fleet tools today were built for enterprises, with dashboards, data dumps, and complexity you don’t have time for.

VMS changes that. Our platform listens to your vehicles and acts on their behalf so your team can focus on driving, not diagnostics.

Benefits for your fleet.

VMS is engineered so you don’t have to log in to sort through your fleet’s telematics. Our platform transforms raw data into autonomous action without your intervention.

Agent-Powered Uptime

Automatically transform alerts for real issues like low tire pressure, engine faults, or overdue maintenance into resolutions without needing to look at a dashboard.

Mixed Fleet Support

ICE or EV, new or old, leased or owned. We manage across makes, models, and data sources to provide you with comprehensive visibility and peace of mind.

Lightweight Deployment

No additional hardware is required if you’re using modern vehicles with embedded modems. Easy integration with OBD-II dongles if needed.

No User Training Needed

Fleet operators receive alerts via SMS. Fleet managers get weekly insights via email or API.

How it works

VMS connects directly to your vehicles via OEM telematics or OBD-II devices. We monitor fault codes, tire pressure, driving behavior, battery health, and more.

You don’t need to watch for problems. VMS does that for you.
1.
VMS identifies the issue
When something needs attention, a VMS autonomous agent takes action.
2.
Notify driver & fleet operator
The VMS sends the driver a branded SMS alert, and notifies the fleet operator by email, or an alert integrated via webhook.
3.
A repair order is initiated
Optionally, VMS autonomous agents can suggest options for scheduling, or auto-schedule a service with a preferred shop.
4.
Service records updated
The paid invoice is added to the vehicle history, and parsed by VMS for analysis of your TCO.

Alerts and notifications could include...

VMS is built for interoperability.
Fault Code Escalation
P0420 (Catalyst Efficiency) detected - the agent notifies you, explains the likely cause and necessary repair, and flags it for service.
Preventative Maintenance
Vehicle hits 7,500 miles since last oil change—automated reminder + service routing.
Tire Deflation Alert
Driver or Fleet Operators are notified if tire pressure drops >10%. No app needed.
EV Monitoring
Battery degradation tracked over time for each VIN—no manual check-ins.

VMS is compatible with your fleet.

Any Vehicle Manufacturer
Ford, GM, Stellantis, Renault, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi and more.
Newer and Older Vehicles
Any modern vehicle via OEM & 3rd party APIs, or older vehicles with an available OBD-II port and a dongle.
Mixed Fleets
EVs, hybrids, and traditional gas/diesel vehicles.
